PAYMENT

I Accept PayPal and credit cards, buyers are responsible for any and all duties fees and customs charges that may be incurred.

SHIPPING

Please allow 14-21 business days before shipping, as all jewelry are hand crafted and takes time to make. Please also note because of that reason, they are not identical to each other and there can be slightly different from the picture you see.

it's recommended you provide your phone number in a note for extra support if needed.

Jewelry over $280 are shipped via DHL Express Shipping, unless stated otherwise, and are fully insured, if you want to choose a different method of shipping please let me know.

All the other jewelry (under $280) are shipped via standard registered air mail and can be upgraded to EMS - Express Shipping. if you want to choose a different method of shipping please let me know.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for any delay that cause by the mail company (delay can be in holiday season or stormy weather).

All international shipments are subject to import taxes and VAT.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied from the product, you can send it back and received a full refund or store credit not including shipping costs.
We offer a 14 days from getting the parcel return policy, no questions asked.

Please allow up to 30 days for store credit to be emailed to you or for your refund to be transferred back to your account.

*Custom made order are final and non refundable.

*Diamond jewelry is subject to inspection before refund.
